2. Renter Cancellations
- Cancellation terms are defined by the Vendor and displayed before booking
- Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund
- Service or platform fees may be non-refundable
3. Vendor Cancellations
If a Vendor cancels:
- The Renter may be eligible for a full refund
- Ntiza.com may assist in finding alternative equipment where possible
4. Equipment Issues
Refunds may be considered if:
- Equipment is not delivered as agreed
- Equipment is significantly different from the listing
- Equipment is unusable due to vendor fault
Issues must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not apply if:
- Equipment was used as agreed
- Damage was caused by renter misuse
- Cancellations occur outside permitted timeframes
- Force majeure events (weather, power outages, government restrictions)
6. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

- Ntiza.com is not responsible for bank or mobile money delays
