1. About Ntiza.com
Ntiza is an online marketplace that connects event organisers, businesses, and individuals (“Renters”) with equipment owners and rental businesses (“Vendors”).
Ntiza.com does not own, rent, or operate equipment listed on the platform. Ntiza.com acts solely as a facilitator between Renters and Vendors.
2. Eligibility
To use Ntiza, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities carried out under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of your account information
Ntiza.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Equipment Listings (Vendors)
Vendors agree that:
- All listings are accurate, complete, and lawful
- Equipment is in safe, working condition
- Pricing, availability, and terms are clearly stated
- They comply with applicable laws and regulations
Ntiza.com may remove or suspend listings that breach these standards.
5. Rentals and Transactions
- Rental agreements are formed directly between Renters and Vendors
- Ntiza.com is not a party to the rental contract
- Vendors are responsible for delivery, condition, and functionality of equipment
- Renters are responsible for proper use and timely return
Any disputes must first be addressed between the Renter and Vendor.
6. Payments and Fees
- Ntiza.com may charge service or commission fees
- All applicable fees will be disclosed before confirmation
- Vendors are responsible for taxes related to their earnings
Ntiza.com does not guarantee successful transactions or rental outcomes.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by Ntiza’s Refund Policy, as well as vendor-specific terms disclosed at the time of booking.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful activities
- Post false or misleading information
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ntiza.com is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from rentals
- Ntiza.com does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed equipment
- Users assume all risks related to equipment rental and use
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ntiza.com from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Breach of these Terms
- Disputes between Renters and Vendors
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Ntiza.com, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Ntiza or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
12. Termination
Ntiza.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
